Returns, withdrawal and refunds

This is a courtesy translation. In the event of any discrepancy, the French version prevails.

1. Right of withdrawal: 30 days instead of 14

The law gives you 14 days from receipt of your order to change your mind, without having to give a reason (Articles L221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code). At FestifyShop, we extend this period to 30 days from receipt.

2. How to return an item

Write to us at support@festifyshop.com with your order number. You can also use the withdrawal form appended to our Terms and Conditions of Sale, but this is not mandatory.
We reply with the return address and instructions.
Send the item back within 14 days of your request.

The item must be returned complete: adapter, cables and accessories supplied, preferably in its original packaging. You may test the product as you would in a shop. However, any loss of value resulting from use beyond such testing may be deducted from the refund (Article L221-23 of the French Consumer Code).

3. Return costs

When you exercise your right of withdrawal, the cost of returning the item is borne by you. We recommend a tracked service: if an untracked return parcel is lost, we will not be able to establish that it was received.

If the item is defective, damaged or does not match your order, we bear the return costs (see section 5).

4. Refund

We refund all sums paid, including the initial delivery costs if any, no later than 14 days after being informed of your decision to withdraw. We may wait until we have received the item, or proof that it has been sent, before making this refund. It is made using the same means of payment as the one used for the order, at no cost to you.

5. Defective or non-conforming product

Check your parcel as soon as you receive it. If the item is defective, damaged or is not the right one, contact us and attach a photo or short video. We will offer you a repair, a replacement or a refund, free of charge. This applies under the 2-year legal guarantee of conformity and the legal guarantee against hidden defects, details of which are set out in our Terms and Conditions of Sale.
