Delivery Areas
We deliver to mainland France, the European Union, the United Kingdom, the United States, and Canada.

Delivery Times
Orders are processed within 2 business days. Once shipped, estimated delivery times range from 7 to 21 business days depending on the destination. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped, along with an estimated arrival date.

Customs, Import Duties, and Taxes (Deliveries outside the European Union)
For orders delivered outside the European Union (United Kingdom, United States, Canada, and other international destinations), customs duties, import taxes, or local clearance fees may apply upon receipt of the package, in accordance with the regulations of the destination country.

These potential charges are not included in the price paid on our website; they are the sole responsibility of the recipient and are collected directly by customs authorities or the carrier at the time of delivery. We recommend checking with your country's customs authorities before placing an order if you wish to estimate these costs in advance.

Orders delivered within France and the European Union are not subject to these additional charges.

Refused or Unclaimed Packages
If a package is refused upon delivery or if applicable customs fees are not paid, the package may be returned to us. In such cases, the customer is responsible for both the return shipping costs and the original shipping costs; only the cost of the products is eligible for a refund, minus these fees.
