GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
Article 1 – Purpose and scope
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) govern product sales made on the festifyshop.com website by FESTIFYSHOP (Kény JAURES, sole proprietorship) to any consumer customer. Placing an order on the site implies unreserved acceptance of these GTCS.

Article 3 – Products and prices
The products offered for sale are those described on the site at the time of viewing, subject to stock availability. Prices are quoted in euros. The seller reserves the right to modify prices at any time; products are billed based on the rates in effect at the time the order is confirmed.
Article 4 – Ordering
The customer places an order directly online via the site. The sale becomes final only after payment confirmation and the sending of an order confirmation email by the seller. The seller reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order from a customer with whom there is an existing dispute regarding payment for a previous order.
Article 5 – Payment
Payment is made online at the time of ordering, using the payment methods offered on the site. The order will only be considered effective after confirmation of approval from the payment providers.
Article 6 – Delivery
The seller delivers to Metropolitan France, the European Union, the United Kingdom, the United States, and Canada. Delivery times are those indicated in the site's Shipping Policy. For orders delivered outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes, or customs clearance fees may apply and are payable by the customer, in accordance with the regulations of the destination country.
Article 7 – Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Articles L221-18 et seq. of the Consumer Code, the consumer customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal, without the need to provide a reason. The applicable return terms and conditions are detailed in the site's Return and Refund Policy.
Article 8 – Statutory warranties
All products supplied by the seller are automatically covered, at no extra cost, by the statutory warranty of conformity (Articles L217-3 et seq. of the Consumer Code) and the statutory warranty against hidden defects (Articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code).
Article 9 – Liability
The seller shall not be held liable for non-performance of the contract in the event of stock shortages, force majeure, disruption or strikes affecting postal services or means of transport, or in the event of flood or fire.
Article 10 – Personal data
Personal data collected during the ordering process is processed in accordance with the site's Privacy Policy. Article 11 – Consumer Mediation

Article 12 – Applicable Law and Disputes
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought prior to any legal action, particularly through the mediation mechanism mentioned in Article 11.
